Analysis and optimization of idle noise caused by canister purge solenoid valve

چکیده

In the development process of a certain CHINA VI proprietary brand car model, there exists problem intermittent “dada” sound in cockpit during idling. After investigation, it’s determined that air pulse noise generated when canister purge solenoid valve is working, it transmitted to panels through pipeline, and then cockpit, which would cause sound. By adding expansion chamber desorption pipe designing part pipeline fixed clamp as rubber pipe, intensity can be effectively reduced transmission path vibration blocked. Through objective testing subjective evaluation, scheme greatly reduce idle thus improving NVH performance vehicle bringing comfortable riding environment passengers.
